Design Description
Luoti ST is a minimalist table lamp with a unique, eye-catching form. The milky white sphere gently floats above the massive metal base - as if balancing on the verge of levitation. The distinctive shape creates the visual illusion that light is floating above the surface of the furniture. It's a design full of simplicity, yet design boldness. The table version is a mirror image of the hanging Luoti - here the sphere has found a stable support on a desk, dresser or bedside table. The name "Luoti" comes from Chinese and means "naked" - this lamp does not need unnecessary ornamentation to impress.
Lamp components and functionality
Luoti ST is made of metal and glass, which ensures durability and an elegant appearance. The milky white glass shade with a diameter of 15 cm diffuses the light, creating a soft, cozy aura. The solid base is covered with a structured lacquer, which contrasts well with the lampshade. The long polyester braided cable (150 cm) is terminated with a black plug and a switch, which allows you to conveniently control the light. The lamp is equipped with a G9 socket and is suitable for LED light sources up to 12W.
Application and IP20 protection class
Luoti ST lamp is best found in spaces where mood light is important: on desks, bedside tables, consoles or dressers. It will be perfect in a study, bedroom or living room, especially in arrangements inspired by japanese, modern or minimalist styles. IP20 rating means that the lamp is intended for indoor use only.
Handcrafted and unique character
Each Luoti ST lamp is the result of craftsmanship - from the precisely lacquered base to the carefully fitted lampshade. Manufactured in Poland, it features not only refined aesthetics, but also durability. With a variety of colors (black, white, navy blue, pink), you can match it to the individual character of the interior.

Designed by
Michał Markiewicz
Designer, interior architect, co-founder and main creator of the UMMO Lighting brand. He comes from Gdansk, Poland, where he developed a passion for design from an early age. Even as a child he created lamps from available materials, rearranging lampshades and experimenting with form. Over time, he naturally gravitated towards interior design and industrial design, combining functionality with aesthetics in his own way.
He graduated with a degree in Interior Design, and also gained experience as a jewelry and furniture designer. Today he focuses on lighting, which he treats as “jewelry of the interior.” - It not only complements the space, but becomes its focal point. He draws inspiration from everyday life: forms, textures and shapes present in the environment.
His creative process involves a journey from sketch to prototype and final product, with functionality being paramount - each lamp must not only catch the eye, but also shine well. Michał's designs are dominated by recyclable materials: metal, glass, wood. UMMO's style is recognizable for its distinctive form and color, as well as its attention to quality and timelessness.
For Michał, local production and sustainable design are particularly important to minimize environmental impact and promote conscious design. UMMO Lighting is a brand that, through his vision, combines aesthetics with responsibility and craftsmanship with modernity.
