Design description
ROKKE is a wall lamp that combines the essence of modernist architecture with a modern approach to design. Its geometric, elongated body evokes the clear lines of modernist urban design - those in which form was to be primarily useful. However, the use of a smooth metal shade gives the lamp a contemporary feel, introducing subtle refractions of light and shadow that add depth and dynamism.
The name "ROKKE" can be interpreted as a combination of the words "rock" (English for rock) and "ke" (Japanese for "house"), reflecting both the solidity of the structure and the homely nature of the lamp.
Lamp components and functionality
The lamp body is made of powder-coated metal in modern UMMO colors (white RAL 9003, yellow RAL 1016, melon RAL 1028, pink, red-orange RAL 2002, burgundy RAL 3004, navy blue RAL 5003, blue RAL 5014, olive RAL 6013, black RAL 9005, beige), which emphasizes its minimalist form.
ROKKE is equipped with two LED light sources with G9 thread, each with a power of up to 12W, which allows you to adjust the intensity of lighting to individual needs. The dimensions of the lamp are: 3,8 x 21 x 56,6 cm. These proportions make the lamp look slim and elegant even in a limited space.
Application and IP20 protection class
Thanks to its IP20 rating, ROKKE is ideal for dry areas such as living rooms, bedrooms and corridors. It can serve as accent or auxiliary lighting, adding elegance and modernity to an interior.

Designed by
Michał Markiewicz
Designer, interior architect, co-founder and main creator of the UMMO Lighting brand. He comes from Gdansk, Poland, where he developed a passion for design from an early age. Even as a child he created lamps from available materials, rearranging lampshades and experimenting with form. Over time, he naturally gravitated towards interior design and industrial design, combining functionality with aesthetics in his own way.
He graduated with a degree in Interior Design, and also gained experience as a jewelry and furniture designer. Today he focuses on lighting, which he treats as “jewelry of the interior.” - It not only complements the space, but becomes its focal point. He draws inspiration from everyday life: forms, textures and shapes present in the environment.
His creative process involves a journey from sketch to prototype and final product, with functionality being paramount - each lamp must not only catch the eye, but also shine well. Michał's designs are dominated by recyclable materials: metal, glass, wood. UMMO's style is recognizable for its distinctive form and color, as well as its attention to quality and timelessness.
For Michał, local production and sustainable design are particularly important to minimize environmental impact and promote conscious design. UMMO Lighting is a brand that, through his vision, combines aesthetics with responsibility and craftsmanship with modernity.
