Design description
ENKEL W is a wall sconce that combines minimalist design with functionality and quality workmanship. It fits in with the aesthetics of the entire ENKEL collection - inspired by the Nordic approach to design: simplicity, clarity of form and attention to detail.
Its clean, geometric shape, metal shade and matte, structured finish in deep black (Jet Black RAL 9005) or white (Signal White RAL 9003) make it an elegant but unobtrusive wall accent. It's lighting that doesn't scream form - but fits easily into consciously designed interiors.
Lamp components and functionality
The ENKEL W wall lamp consists of a single metal lampshade with a diameter of 17 cm, set on a short, straight arm. The lampshade is adjustable, which allows you to freely direct the light beam - ideal for reading, illuminating a selected zone or creating a cozy atmosphere.
The whole is mounted to the wall with a round bezel with a diameter of 12 cm, maintained in the same color scheme as the luminaire. The textile braided cable adds a subtle designer character to the lamp.
The light source is a classic E27 thread, which allows a wide choice of bulbs - from traditional to decorative LED. The maximum power is 15W LED, which provides effective and energy-efficient lighting.
Application and IP20 protection class
ENKEL W will be perfect as supplementary or spot lighting in the bedroom (e.g. by the bed), living room, corridor or commercial spaces such as hotels and restaurants. With the ability to adjust the direction of light, the lamp is both practical and stylish.
The IP20 waterproof rating means that the wall lamp is designed for use indoors in dry areas.

Each piece of ENKEL W is assembled by hand - with attention to detail, proportion and quality of finish. Structural painting of the metal not only gives the fixture elegance, but also increases its resistance to minor damage. This wall lamp is designed for durability and timeless style.

Designed by
Michał Markiewicz
Designer, interior architect, co-founder and main creator of the UMMO Lighting brand. He comes from Gdansk, Poland, where he developed a passion for design from an early age. Even as a child he created lamps from available materials, rearranging lampshades and experimenting with form. Over time, he naturally gravitated towards interior design and industrial design, combining functionality with aesthetics in his own way.
He graduated with a degree in Interior Design, and also gained experience as a jewelry and furniture designer. Today he focuses on lighting, which he treats as “jewelry of the interior.” - It not only complements the space, but becomes its focal point. He draws inspiration from everyday life: forms, textures and shapes present in the environment.
His creative process involves a journey from sketch to prototype and final product, with functionality being paramount - each lamp must not only catch the eye, but also shine well. Michał's designs are dominated by recyclable materials: metal, glass, wood. UMMO's style is recognizable for its distinctive form and color, as well as its attention to quality and timelessness.
For Michał, local production and sustainable design are particularly important to minimize environmental impact and promote conscious design. UMMO Lighting is a brand that, through his vision, combines aesthetics with responsibility and craftsmanship with modernity.
