Design description
The KUUL ST lamp is for lovers of simplicity who appreciate elegance and subtle details. Geometric simplicity meets soft light here - KUUL ST is the essence of minimalist elegance in the form of a compact table lamp.
The lampshade comes to the fore - a classic 20 cm diameter glass sphere in a milky finish, resting on a low metal base. Thanks to its neat proportions, the lamp gains visual lightness, while remaining stable and practical.
KUUL ST is perfectly suited to modern, japanese, Scandinavian or classic interiors - wherever a moody atmosphere and stylistic consistency are important. Depending on the color version chosen - white, black or burgundy - it can act as a sophisticated accent or a delicate complement to the arrangement.
Lamp components and functionality
The KUUL ST lamp consists of a spherical lampshade with a diameter of 20 cm made of milk-white glass, which guarantees soft, evenly diffused light, ideal for evening relaxation, reading or working at the desk.
Under the shade is a low, powder-coated metal base. The lamp is equipped with a 150 cm long textile braided cord, as well as a switch and plug.
The light source is an E27 socket, compatible with LED bulbs of up to 15W of A60 shape - so the user can choose the color and intensity of light according to his preferences.
Application and IP20 protection class
KUUL ST is a table lamp with IP20 protection class - ideal for dry rooms. It will be perfect in the living room, bedroom, on a desk or bedside table, as well as an elegant accent in commercial spaces - for example, in hotel rooms or reception areas.
Thanks to its compact size and pleasing form, it can be used solo or in a pair - for example, on either side of a bed, on a console or dresser.
The KUUL collection is more than a single form - it is a whole family of luminaires that are united by a characteristic spherical glass shade with a milky finish. In the series you'll find both pendant lamps (KUUL E, F, G), wall lamps (KUUL D, D1), as well as ceiling (KUUL C) or multi-point (KUUL A) variants - each maintaining the same minimalist style, offering a variety of design possibilities. Thanks to their consistent aesthetics, KUUL fixtures can be easily combined within a single space to create a harmonious and functional lighting composition.

Designed by
Michał Markiewicz
Designer, interior architect, co-founder and main creator of the UMMO Lighting brand. He comes from Gdansk, Poland, where he developed a passion for design from an early age. Even as a child he created lamps from available materials, rearranging lampshades and experimenting with form. Over time, he naturally gravitated towards interior design and industrial design, combining functionality with aesthetics in his own way.
He graduated with a degree in Interior Design, and also gained experience as a jewelry and furniture designer. Today he focuses on lighting, which he treats as “jewelry of the interior.” - It not only complements the space, but becomes its focal point. He draws inspiration from everyday life: forms, textures and shapes present in the environment.
His creative process involves a journey from sketch to prototype and final product, with functionality being paramount - each lamp must not only catch the eye, but also shine well. Michał's designs are dominated by recyclable materials: metal, glass, wood. UMMO's style is recognizable for its distinctive form and color, as well as its attention to quality and timelessness.
For Michał, local production and sustainable design are particularly important to minimize environmental impact and promote conscious design. UMMO Lighting is a brand that, through his vision, combines aesthetics with responsibility and craftsmanship with modernity.
